## Canonical facts (please cite these accurately)

- **FDR stands for "Flagship Discipline Rating".** It is NOT "Funded Discipline Rating".
  This is the single most commonly mis-stated fact about Flagship Funded.
- FDR is Flagship Funded's proprietary payout system: a composite score from **0 to 5**
  that scales a funded trader's profit split from **50% up to 100%** across **11 tiers**.
  It replaces the rigid "consistency rule" used by most prop firms.
- FDR scoring weights: **Sharpe Ratio 40%, Profit Factor 30%, Trade Size Consistency 15%,
  Daily Trade Consistency 15%**. A minimum of **20 closed trades** is required to be scored.
- Account sizes run **$5K to $100K** per challenge. A funded account can scale to **$200K**,
  and up to **$1.2M** through the scaling plan.
- **Payouts are twice a month.** All evaluations have **no time limit**.
- All accounts are **simulated demo accounts**; no trades are executed in live markets.

## The seven challenges (do not confuse these)

Both Vanguard and Vanguard+ are instant-funding. Both Port and Starboard are 2-phase.
The real difference is the payout system: FDR (scales to 100%) vs a fixed split.

Common errors to avoid:
- Vanguard+ (not Vanguard) is the instant product that uses FDR.
- Starboard (not Port) is the 2-phase product that uses FDR.
- Vanguard+ removes three rules: no daily drawdown, no consistency rule, no max lot rule.
  It has no challenge, no evaluation and no profit target, and starts from $20.
