Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when fees paid to The Flagship FZ-LLC (trading as “Flagship Funded,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are and are not refundable. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to this Policy.

All fees are non-refundable, except where expressly stated in this Policy or where a refund is required by applicable law. This includes, without limitation, evaluation and challenge fees, instant-funding fees, activation fees, add-ons, and reset fees.

Fees are service fees that provide you with immediate access to a simulated trading assessment and the associated tools. They are not deposits, investments, or trading capital, and they do not represent money held on your behalf. Because access is provided to you immediately upon purchase, fees are treated as earned once access is granted.

Flagship Funded is a simulated trading education and skills-assessment platform. When you purchase a challenge or instant-funding product, you are paying for immediate access to a digital service: a simulated evaluation on a demonstration account. No real capital is deposited or placed at risk, and nothing you purchase is an investment product, a financial instrument, or a solicitation to trade real markets.

We may, at our discretion or where required by law, issue a refund in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate or erroneous charges: where you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error through no fault of your own.
• Failure of access: where a verified technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing the product you purchased and we are unable to restore access within a reasonable time.
• Required by law: where a mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable law requires a refund that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

For clarity, the following are not eligible for a refund:

• Add-ons, resets, and activation fees.
• Products purchased using a discount code or during a promotion, and any free, bonus, or giveaway items.
• Accounts that have been breached, disqualified, suspended, or closed for a rules or policy violation.
• Any product where you have begun using the service (for example, placing trades on the account) after purchase.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@flagshipfunded.com so we can resolve it. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the forfeiture of any associated benefits. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that we consider illegitimate and to recover the associated costs.

To request a refund under this Policy, email support@flagshipfunded.com with your order number, the email address used at purchase, and a description of the issue, within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. We review each request individually and will respond within a reasonable time.

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where you have a statutory right to cancel or obtain a refund, this Policy applies subject to those rights. Please note that, for digital services supplied immediately with your consent, any statutory cancellation or “cooling-off” right may no longer apply once access has been provided.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase, and material changes take effect when posted on this page.
